The Fifth Supplemental Trust Deed and the Fifth Amended and Restated Pricing Supplement were entered into by the lssuer, CMlG International Capital Limited, China Minsheng Investment Group Corp., Ltd. and the Trustee, as applicable, on 30 August 2024. The Maturity Date of the Notes was extended to 2 February 2025. On 6 September 2024, the lssuer will pay (a) the interest accrued on the Notes from 2 February 2024 to (but excluding) 2 August 2024 and (b) the Sixth Mandatory Partial Redemption Amount.
