Mr Sean Tan Chee Kwong has resigned from his position as the Chief Human Resources Officer of the Group.

Credit Suisse (Singapore) Limited and Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited are the Joint Issue Managers for the initial public offering of shares in, and listing of, the Company on the Mainboard of the SGX-ST on 30 October 2020 ("Offering"). Citigroup Global Markets Singapore Pte. Ltd., Credit Suisse (Singapore) Limited and Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited are the Joint Global Coordinators for the Offering. Citigroup Global Markets Singapore Pte. Ltd., CLSA Singapore Pte Ltd, Credit Suisse (Singapore) Limited and Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited are the Joint Bookrunners and Underwriters for the Offering.

Sean has resigned due to personal reasons. He will continue to serve as human resources (HR) consultant to the Group following the last day of his employment with the Company.

Following the initiatives rolled out by Sean, the HR function will be overseen by the CEO and driven by the existing HR leaders and professional team of 38 HR personnel, as well as the functional heads within the Group. The Company will continue to be supported by Sean in his capacity as HR consultant to the Group.

A handover transition will be carried out before Sean's last day of employment.

The Nominating Committee ("NC") has accepted Sean's resignation and thanked him for his contributions to the Group. The Group wishes Sean the best for his future endeavours. The NC is confident that the Group can carry out its HR functions effectively through the systems and processes in place to support the human capital needs of the Group.
