Mr Treacy is relinquishing his role as CEO, PERA effective 31 October 2024 for personal reasons. He will be appointed to a non-executive role as Senior Advisor with effect from 1 November 2024. Group Chief Executive Officer Lee Chee Koon will provide leadership for all PERA functions, and Group Chief Operating Officer Andrew Lim will take over oversight responsibility for the capital raising and product development.

Role and responsibilities
As CEO, PERA, Mr Treacy was responsible for driving the AUM and FUM growth for the Company's private equity real estate business. Group Chief Executive Officer Lee Chee Koon will concurrently be appointed as CEO, PERA to provide leadership for all PERA functions. Mr Treacy will be appointed as Senior Advisor to the GCEO.
