The Board of Directors of iFAST Corporation Ltd ("the Company") would like to announce the completion of Mr Kelvin Yip Hok Yin's ("Mr Yip") term as an Executive Director of the Company with effect 2 January 2018.

As part of the Company's plan to leverage on the extensive experiences of different members of the Group's Senior Management team, and in line with the Board's intention to periodically refresh the representation of Executive Directors from time to time, Mr Yip was previously appointed to the Board on 1 January 2016 and has served as an Executive Director over the past two years.

Mr Yip remains as Managing Director (Platform Services) for our Hong Kong subsidiaries and is still part of the Senior Management team of iFAST Corp.
