The Board of Directors of Singapore Exchange Limited ("SGX or the Company") is recommending a proposed final dividend of 8.5 cents per ordinary share for the financial year ended 30 June 2023 ("Final Dividend").
2. Notice of Record Date
The Company hereby gives notice that, subject to the approval of the shareholders being obtained for the Final Dividend at the 24th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 5 October 2023 (Thursday), the Register of Members and the Transfer of Books of the Company will be closed from 13 October 2023 (Friday) at 5.00 p.m. for the preparation of dividend warrants.
Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd., at 1 Harbourfront Avenue, Keppel Bay Tower, #14-07, Singapore 098632 before 5.00 p.m. on 13 October 2023 (Friday), will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlement to the Final Dividend.
In respect of ordinary shares in securities account with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited ("CDP"), the Final Dividend will be paid by the Company to CDP which will, in turn distribute the entitlements to the Final Dividend to CDP account-holders in accordance with its normal practice. |
