Adecoagro S.A. announces the early results of its previously announced tender offer to purchase for cash up to US$100.0 million in aggregate principal amount of its 6.000% senior notes due 2027 (the "Notes"). As of the Early Tender Date, US$83,656,000 in aggregate principal amount of Notes had been validly tendered (and not validly withdrawn) by Holders.
