TFS Corporation Limited ( TFS , the Company , ASX: TFC) today announced it had successfully undertaken an institutional placement of new fully paid ordinary shares to raise AU$67 million before costs.

The placement bookbuild was heavily oversubscribed having attracted strong interest from a broad range of new and existing Australian and international institutional investors. Under the placement, TFS will issue approximately 42,000,000 new ordinary shares at a price of AU$1.60. This represents a 4.3% discount to the 30 day VWAP and a 9.9% discount to TFS s closing price of AU$1.775 on 15 May 2014.
