Daeng Hamizah Binti Abd Aziz ("Daeng Hamizah") has tendered her resignation to the Company to pursue other personal interests. Daeng Hamizah will be serving her notice period and her last day of service will be on 31 October 2022.

Following Daeng Hamizah's cessation, her duties will be undertaken by Ms Ang Siew Peng, Financial Controller of the Company and Mr Khong Chung Lun, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

After having interviewed Daeng Hamizah and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's sponsor, Novus Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that save as disclosed in this announcement, there is no other material reasons for the resignation of Daeng Hamizah as Chief Operating Officer of the Company.
