Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below): Fraser and Neave, Limited (the "Company") refers its announcements dated 8 and 11 October 2019 on the proposed acquisition by F&N AgriValley Sdn Bhd ("F&N AgriValley") of agricultural land in Perlis (the "Previous Announcements"). Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall, unless otherwise defined herein, have the same meanings ascribed to them in the Previous Announcements.

Further to the Previous Announcements, the Company attaches for information, a Bursa Malaysia announcement released today by F&NHB on its entry into a shareholders agreement with F&N AgriValley and Premier Prop Sdn Bhd ("PPSB") in connection with the Transaction and pursuant to which PPSB has subscribed for 30% of the issued and paid-up share capital of F&N AgriValley.
