We wish to inform you that a step-down subsidiary of the Company has been incorporated in the Netherlands to tap business opportunities and to cater to the customers in that region. This new subsidiary is a private company limited by shares called 3i Infotech Netherlands B.V. and is a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of 3i Infotech Holdings Private Limited the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company based in Mauritius.

3i Infotech Netherlands B.V. has been incorporated on July 11, 2019
