GRANT OF SHARE AWARDS

In accordance with Rule 704(29) of the Listing Manual, Singapore Exchange Limited ("the Company") wishes to announce the grant of share awards to its non-executive Directors pursuant to the SGX Restricted Share Plan. These share awards form part of the Directors' remuneration for certain non-executive Directors for financial year ending 2025 and have been approved by shareholders at SGX's Annual General Meeting held on 10 October 2024:
