Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below): At the request of Elec & Eltek International Company Limited (the Company ), trading in the shares of the Company on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited will be halted with effect from 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, 23 July 2020 pending the release of an announcement pursuant to, among other things, the Code on Takeovers and Mergers of Hong Kong and the Singapore Code on Take-overs and Mergers, in relation to the voluntary cash offer made by GF Securities (Hong Kong) Brokerage Limited on behalf of Elec & Eltek International Holdings Limited (as more particularly described in the composite offer and response document dated 29 May 2020 despatched to the shareholders of the Company) having become unconditional on 22 July 2020.
