In pursuance to the M/s HPCL-Mittal Energy Limited (hereinafter referred to as HMEL or Company ) US Bonds issuance aggregating to US$ 375,000,000 5.25% Unsecured Senior Notes listed on Singapore Stock Exchange ( SGX ), we are enclosing the Consolidated unaudited financial statements and results of the Company together with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors of the Company thereon for the half-year ended September 30, 2017, duly reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company held on November 14, 2017.
