NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Green River Holding Co. Ltd. (the Company) has announced the stock dividend will be distributed to the Entitled Shareholders on the basis of 0.15 Share for every one Share held after such stock dividend distribution was approved at the general shareholder s meeting on June 19, 2020 and the meeting of Board of Director on March 19, 2020.

As a result, pursuant to the Terms and Conditions of the Bonds, the Company informs the holders of Bonds that Closed Period will be effect during the period from July 3 to July 28, 2020 (both days inclusive).
