In terms of the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, we write to inform you that the Company, today, has issued a corporate guarantee of USD 147 Million in favour of Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation Singapore Branch for credit facility availed by its wholly-owned subsidiary in UAE viz. UltraTech Cement Middle East Investments Limited, Borrower.

Disclosure as required under the Listing Regulations is attached as per Annexure A.
