ICICI BANK UK PLC announces that today (the Final Settlement Date) it has repurchased and settled in cash an aggregate nominal amount of Notes validly tendered pursuant to the Offer equal to U.S.$7,163,000. The remaining outstanding amount of the Notes is U.S.$26,349,000. The Notes tendered have been cancelled by the Issuer today.
