Louis Dreyfus Company B.V. (LDC) today announced that Sandrine Teran, Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO), will leave her role effective at the end of the month in order to pursue other opportunities. Mrs. Teran will nevertheless remain with the Group as Corporate Advisor on finance matters over the coming months. Federico Cerisoli, currently CFO for LDC s Europe, Middle East and Africa region, has been named Interim Group CFO, effective July 1st, 2016, pending a more lasting appointment.
