Ms Angela Kok Teo Meng Kim, a member of the Group key management team, is retiring as Director, Organisation Development and Corporate Communication on 31 December 2015. Her existing portfolio will be re-distributed to other key management personnel. Following her retirement, Ms Angela Kok Teo Meng Kim will be appointed as Adviser to Chairman, on an assignment basis.

a) Develop appropriate strategies, policies and processes to enhance core competencies of the Group for current and future growth.
b) Develop appropriate strategies to enhance investor, media and employee communication.
c) Oversee the HR department to ensure the attraction, retention and development of talent to meet current and future business needs.
d) Plan and direct effective activities to enhance corporate identity and image.
e) Identify, develop and implement effective Group Quality, Environment, Health, Safety & Security System to meet current and future business needs.
