Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
Adj. Prof. Paul Chan Wan Siew ("Adj. Prof. Paul Chan") has informed the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") that he is resigning as Independent Director of the Company due to health reasons. Accordingly, Adj. Prof. Paul Chan shall relinquish his position as Chairman of the Nominating Committee, and member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee respectively.

In view of Adj. Prof. Paul Chan's resignation, the Company is looking to identify appropriate candidates to be appointed to fill the vacancy within two (2) months and in any case no later than three (3) months, to ensure compliance with the Companies Act 1967 of Singapore, the Listing Manual Section B: Rules of Catalist of the SGX-ST and the Code of Corporate Governance 2018.

The Company shall release an announcement on the updated Board and the Board Committees' composition when they have been finalised.

To the best of its knowledge, the Company's sponsor, ZICO Capital Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that, save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the resignation of Adj. Prof. Paul Chan as Independent Director of the Company.
