Golden Agri-Resources Ltd ("GAR") wishes to announce that PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk ("SMART"), a subsidiary of GAR listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange ("IDX"), has today published an abridged prospectus in Bahasa Indonesia, in Media Indonesia newspaper, in relation to the Public Offering for Phase I of an IDR5 trillion SMART Shelf-Registered Bond V Programme, called "OBLIGASI BERKELANJUTAN V SMART TAHAP I TAHUN 2025" ("Bond") and Phase I of an IDR2.5 trillion SMART Shelf-Registered Sukuk Ijarah I Programme, called "SUKUK IJARAH BERKELANJUTAN I SMART TAHAP I TAHUN 2025" ("Sukuk") on the IDX.

SMART will raise IDR500,000,000,000 (Five Hundred Billion Rupiah) under Phase I of the Bond Programme and an additional IDR500,000,000,000 (Five Hundred Billion Rupiah) under Phase I of the Sukuk Programme.

The listing of the Bond and Sukuk on IDX is expected on 3 July 2025. A published copy of abridged prospectus in Bahasa Indonesia is attached.
