Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
As part of our restructuring exercise, Mr Lee Han Chong ("LHC") will cease as the Group Chief Creative Technology Officer ("Group CCTO") of REVEZ Corporation Ltd. Moving forward, he will fully focus on business development, driving the core capabilities of Meta Experience and Information Technology under the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, REVEZ Motion Pte Ltd.

LHC will remain his duties and responsibility in REVEZ Motion Pte Ltd as its Chief Creative Technology Officer.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Lee Han Chong for his services to the Company during his tenure as Group CCTO.

Based on its enquiries, the Company's Sponsor, Hong Leong Finance Limited, is satisfied that, save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr Lee Han Chong as an Executive Officer of REVEZ Corporation Ltd.
