At the regular meeting of the Board of Directors (Board) of the Bank of the Philippine Islands held on 21 October 2020, said Board declared cash dividend of ninety centavos (P0.90) per share, for the second semester of 2020.
Source of Dividend Payment: Unrestricted Retained Earnings and Undivided Profits as of December 31, 2019 less the capital adjustment as required by BSP.
