We hereby inform that the EGM of the Company was held on November 22, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Walchand Hirachand Hall, 4th Floor, Indian Merchants Chamber (IMC), IMC Building, IMC Marg, Churchgate, Mumbai - 400 020. The item of business contained in the Notice of the EGM dated
October 25, 2019 was transacted and passed by the Members with requisite majority.

In this regard, please find enclosed the following:

i. Summary of the proceedings of the meeting of the Company, as required under Regulation 30 and Part A of Schedule Ill of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ("the Listing Regulations") - Annexure A.

ii. Consolidated voting results of the business transacted at the EGM, as required under Regulation 44(3) of the Listing Regulations - Annexure B

iii. The Scrutinizer s Report dated November 22, 2019, pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 - Annexure C.
