We now wish to inform that L&T Infrastructure Development Projects Limited ,Tata Steel Limited and Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited had signed a share purchase agreement dated May 16, 2014 for sale of 100% stake in The Dhamra Port Company Limited. The transaction has been successfully completed
