Toray Industries, Inc. ("Toray") and Mitsui & Co., Ltd. ("MBK") (Toray and MBK may also collectively be referred to as the "Acquirers") decided on May 10, 2017 to commence a tender offer (the "Tender Offer") for the common shares of Soda Aromatic Co., Ltd. and subsequently commenced the Tender Offer on August 8, 2017. As the Tender Offer was completed on September 20, 2017, the Acquirers announce the results of the Tender Offer as follows.
