This has reference to our letter sc no. 17536 dated June 10, 2023, wherein we had informed you that the 78th Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) of Tata Motors Limited (the Company ) will be held on Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. (IST) via two-way Video Conference / Other Audio-Visual Means.
