With effect from 5 August 2026, Mitsui & Co., Ltd. (the "Issuer") has appointed Vistra (UK) Limited (7th Floor, 50 Broadway, London, SW1H 0DB, United Kingdom) as its agent for service of process in England in respect of Notes issued under the U.S.$5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme, in place of the previous process agent, Vistra Trust Company Limited. This notice is given in accordance with Condition 13 of the terms and conditions of the Notes. Please refer to the attached notice for details.
