Reference is made to the announcements of the Company dated April 3, 2023, April 13, 2023, April 18, 2023, April 19, 2023 and April 21, 2023 (the "Announcements"), the Exchange Offer and Consent Solicitation Memorandum dated April 3, 2023 (the "Exchange Offer and Consent Solicitation Memorandum") in relation to the Exchange Offer and Consent Solicitation and the Consent Solicitation Statement dated April 3, 2023 (the "Consent Solicitation Statement") in relation to the Concurrent Consent Solicitation.
