The Board wishes to announce that the Board has approved the application of Mr Ho Toon Bah ("Mr Ho") to step down from his current appointment as Executive Director of the Company to pursue his personal interest, and has re-designated Mr Ho as Non-Independent and Non-Executive Director of the Company. In his new role, Mr Ho will continue to provide his advice on the Group's strategic development and his input on various operation and resource matters.
