This is in reference to the captioned matter and in furtherance of our disclosure letter dated March 5, 2020, whereby the approval of resolution plan by the committee of creditors ( CoC ) of RITL, a step down subsidiary of the Company was intimated. Pursuant thereto, an application had been filed by the erstwhile resolution professional of RITL with the Hon ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench ( NCLT ) under 30(6) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 ( Code ) for the approval of the resolution plan submitted by Reliance Projects & Property Management Services Limited (earlier known as Reliance Digital Platform & Project Services Limited) through its division Infrastructure Projects in respect of RITL ( Resolution Plan ).

Pursuant to the aforesaid, it is hereby informed that the Hon ble NCLT has pronounced its order approving the Resolution Plan, on December 03, 2020 ( Approval Order ).
