| Narrative version | The Register of Transfer and Register of Members of the Company will be closed at 5:00 p.m. (Singapore time) on 28 August 2026 (Friday), being the Singapore Books Closure Date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the Singapore Shareholders to the 1HFY2026 Interim Dividend.
Duly completed registrable transfers of shares received by the Company's Singapore Share Transfer Agent, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd., 1 Harbourfront Avenue, #14-07 Keppel Bay Tower, Singapore 098632 up to 5:00 p.m. (Singapore time) on 28 August 2026 (Friday) will be registered before entitlements to the 1HFY2026 Interim Dividend are determined. Members whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares as at 5:00 p.m. (Singapore time) on 28 August 2026 (Friday) will rank for the 1HFY2026 Interim Dividend.
The 1HFY2026 Interim Dividend will be paid on or around 14 September 2026 (Monday). Further details of the 1HFY2026 Interim Dividend are set out on pages 57-58 of the consolidated interim results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the six months ended 30 June 2026 released by the Company on 11 August 2026. |
