Pursuant to Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement, we enclose herewith copy of the unaudited financial results, Standalone and Consolidated, for the quarter/nine-months ended on December 31, 2014, duly approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on February 5, 2015; along with Limited Review Report received from the Statutory Auditors of the Company, M/s. CNK & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants.

The Consolidated results are being published into newspaper.

This is to inform you that the appointment of Mr. Shalabh Mittal as Joint Managing Director of the Company, as informed vide our letter dated 7th November, 2014; stands withdrawn upon his request. He will however; continue to act as Additional Director of the Company. The Postal ballot formalities as informed vide the afore said letter; also stands cancelled.
