The Company is pleased to announce that it has entered into a tri-partite Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with Shenzhen GDR Carbon Asset and its subsidiary, Anchor Center for R&D and Certification, to collaborate on carbon asset internationalisation, development of zero-carbon industrial parks, and compliance with global regulations including CBAM and CORSIA, as well as to establish a "Shanghai-Shenzhen-Singapore" tri-city linkage to enhance collaboration in carbon accounting, ESG assurance, and digital management.
