Please refer to the attached replacement Notice. The only change in this replacement Notice is to correct the typographical error in Part III, section 7 in respect of each of Tembusu Capital Pte. Ltd. (Tembusu) and Venezio Investments Pte. Ltd. (Venezio). The number of shares in which Tembusu and Venezio have an interest both before and after the change should read as 446,123,158 instead of 466,123,158.

The attached replacement Notice supersedes the previous Notice released on 21 November 2018.
