With reference to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ( SEBI LODR ), we wish to inform your good office that Mrs. Sarita Sanjay Surve has tendered her resignation vide her letter dated June 27, 2022, as the Independent, Non-Executive Director in the Company with immediate effect.
