On February 26, 2026, the meeting of the Company s Board of Directors approved that the Company would hold the 2026 annual general shareholders meeting (the 2026 AGM ) on May 29, 2026.
According to Section 1.01 and Section 13.01 of the Indenture (as defined below), the Bonds cannot be converted during the period from March 31, 2026 to May 29, 2026 due to the 2026 AGM.
