Additional TextAs announced by Sinarmas Land Limited (the "Company") on 24 April 2025, the percentage of the total number of issued shares of the Company held in public hands has fallen to below 10% and accordingly, the free float requirement under Rule 723 of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST") is not satisfied.
