The 7.2% Senior Notes in an aggregate principal amount of US$100,000,000 due 2022 (ISIN: XS1978743760, common code: 197874376) (the April 2019 Notes ) issued by Excellence Commercial Management Limited and irrevocably and unconditionally guaranteed by Excellence Commercial Properties Co., Ltd. are listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the SGX-ST ).

On October 21 , 2021, the Company repurchased a total principal amount of US$5,000,000 of the April 2019 Notes in accordance with the terms and conditions of the April 2019 Notes, representing 5.0% of the original issue size of the April 2019 Notes.

On October 28, 2021, cancellation of the repurchased April 2019 Notes was completed by the Company. After cancellation of the above repurchased April 2019 Notes, the principal amount of the April 2019 Notes that remains outstanding is US$95,000,000.
