Approved the payment of interim dividend for the first half of 2017 performance at the rate of Baht 0.13 per share, totaling Baht 2,013,824,350.20 by distributing dividend for 15,490,956,540 Company s common shares. The interim dividend will be paid out from the taxable profits at the rate of 20 percent.

The Company determined a list of shareholders entitled to receive interim dividend, be determined on 14 September 2017 and the names of shareholders be gathered on 15 September 2017 in accordance with section 225 of the Securities and Exchange Act, 1992. The payment of the interim dividend will be made on 28 September 2017.
