Indonesia Stock Exchange had on 31 October 2014 issued a letter requesting all Indonesian (listed) companies whose debt securities (bond) are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange to release an announcement on their use of proceeds from Debt Securities (bond) and their annual IDR bond rating report on the IDXnet. ( IDX Announcement )

Our Indonesian listed subsidiary, PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk is not exempted from the above IDX request even though a) the proceeds for their IDR Bond issuance have been fully utilized in 2012 and the last report was issued on 11 October 2012 and b) their announcement for their latest annual IDR bond rating was issued on 13 October 2014 .

Attached is a copy of the IDX Announcement released by PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk today together with an unofficial English translation.

Credit Suisse (Singapore) Limited and DBS Bank Ltd. were the joint global coordinators, joint issue managers and joint bookrunners and underwriters (Joint Global Coordinators, Joint Issue Managers and Joint Bookrunners and Underwriters) for the initial public offering of shares in, and listing of, Japfa Ltd on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
