Based on its enquiries, the Company's sponsor, Stamford Corporate Services Pte. Ltd. is satisfied that, other than as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Ms Violet Seah as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. In addition, there are no concerns with regard to financial reporting that led to the cessation of Ms Seah and there are no disagreements between Ms Seah and the Board of Directors of the Company with regard to practices that would have an impact on the Company's financial reporting.
