I thank the Board and shareholders for their support to continue as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of KS Energy Ltd, but I have decided to focus on personal legal issues and ask the Lead Independent Director to decide with the rest of the Board to appoint the new Chairman and CEO of KS Energy Ltd.
The Board have unanimously appointed Richard James Wiluan as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of KS Energy Ltd.
