At the regular meeting of the Board of Directors ("Board") of Bank of the Philippine Islands held on 20 May 2026, the Board approved the declaration of a cash dividend of Two Pesos and Fifty-Eight Centavos (Php 2.58) per common share for all stockholders of record as of 04 June 2026. The payment date is set on 18 June 2026.

Source of dividend payment: Unrestricted Retained Earnings and Undivided Profits as of 31 December 2025 less the capital adjustment as required by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
