The Company refers to the announcement dated 23 October 2023 on the Company's audited financial statements for financial year ended 31 December 2022. The Company is re-releasing its audited financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2022. The only amendment is the replacement of the word "Annual Report" to "Audited Financial Statements" for greater clarity. No other changes were made to the contents of the announcement.

Please refer to the attached Company's audited financial statements which will form part of the Company's annual report for financial year ended 31 December 2022 (the "Annual Report"), of which the Company has received the executed auditor's report on 23 October 2023.

Other sections of the Annual Report (such as the Corporate Governance Report and Sustainability Report) will be published separately on the SGXNet in due course.
