In further reference to our letter sc no.16776 dated May 12, 2022, we wish to inform you that 77th Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) of the Company will be held on Monday, July 4, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. (IST) via two-way Video Conference / Other Audio-Visual Means.

Pursuant to Regulations 30, 34 and 53 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are submitting herewith the Integrated Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2021-22 along with the Notice of the 77th Annual General Meeting.
