Del Monte Pacific Limited will announce the Group's 4Q and FY2015 results ending April on Monday, 29 June 2015, after market closes, instead of 25 June 2015, as the Group finalises reconciliation of US GAAP and IFRS reporting for various significant transactions in 4Q FY2015. These include Del Monte Foods Inc's exit from the transition service agreement with the seller and migration to the new ERP system, as well as the integration of the recently acquired assets of Sager Creek Vegetable Company.
