IENOVA ANNOUNCES CREDIT FACILITY
Mexico City, December 9, 2022 - Infraestructura Energ tica Nova, S.A.P.I. de C.V. ( IEnova ), informs that today it entered into a credit agreement, as lender, with its parent company Sempra Infrastructure Partners, LP, as borrower, for a 6 (six) months term, for an amount of up to US$300'000,000.00 (three hundred million dollars 00/100 legal tender of the United States of America). The credit agreement is subject to the laws of Mexico.
