issued by SSMS Plantation Holdings Pte. Ltd. (the Company )

Notice is hereby given that the Company will redeem the Notes in full at their maturity on January 23, 2023 pursuant to a drawdown under that certain syndicated term loan facility of up to IDR 3.6 trillion that PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk, as borrower, and the finance parties named therein entered into on June 27, 2022. The outstanding principal amount of the Notes as of the date hereof is US$40,275,000. Following such redemption, the listing of the Notes on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited will be cancelled on, or shortly after, January 23, 2023.
