Reference is made to the previous announcements dated 11 November 2019 in relation to declaration of Interim and Special dividends by MeGroup Ltd ("MeGroup" or the Company").

Unless stated otherwise, the abbreviations used hereinafter throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the preceding announcements.

The Board of Directors of MeGroup wishes to announce the following additional information for the Interim and Special dividends to be payable on 30 December 2019:

The Company shall apply the RM:SGD noon middle rate as disclosed in the Bank Negara Malaysia's website on 29 November 2019 as the basis for computing the dividend quantum to be paid in SGD to the Singapore shareholders/investors whose MeGroup shares are traded on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.

This announcement has been prepared by the Company and its contents have been reviewed by the Company's Sponsor, CIMB Bank Berhad, Singapore Branch (the "Sponsor") in accordance with Rule 226(2)(b) of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ( SGX-ST ) Listing Manual Section B: Rules of Catalist.
