Please be informed that our Board of Directors, at its regular meeting held today, approved the change in our stock transfer agency from BPI tock Transfer Agency ( BPI STA ) to Stock Transfer Service, Inc. ( STSI ) effective May 1, 2024. Our engagement with BPI STA will be terminated effective end of day of April 30, 2024.
